Unable to Remote Start

Possible Solutions

Is the remote start feature enabled?

Ensure the remote start feature is enabled in the app.  

What is the status of the appliance? 

Check the status of the online attribute.  

  • If the appliance is showing online the app needs to be refreshed.  Close the app and re open it. 
  • If the appliance is showing offline the appliance needs to be reset.  Follow the instructions below. 

Reset power to the product:

  • Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) or unplugging the appliance for one (1) minute.
  • Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s) or plugging in the appliance.
  • Verify appliance is working properly.
