Light is on - Solid

What does a solid light mean?

If the connection light indicator is solid, it means the appliance has successfully connected the home network or router and can now be registered in the app. 

How to register my appliance

To register the appliance follow the steps below:

When the app is opened, you will see either "Let's Begin or "No Appliance". Depending on which you see, follow the below steps.

Let's Begin

  1. Click on the "Appliance is already connected to WiFi" link, located under the "Let's Begin" button
  2. Enter the SAID information.  This information can be captured by either manually entering the SAID or by taking a picture of the QR code, located on the appliance. If you are having problems using the QR code, see "QR code not working"  in this troubleshooting guide.
  3. Click on the "Next" button

No Appliances

  1. Click on the "No Appliances" box
  2. Click on the "Appliance is already connected to WiFi" link, located under the "Let's Begin" button
  3. Enter the SAID information.  This information can be captured by either manually entering the SAID or by taking a picture of the QR code, located on the appliance. If you are having problems using the QR code, see "QR code not working"  in this troubleshooting guide.
  4. Click the "Next"button
