Let the customer know that there is a kit available that we can send them to install themselves. The kit includes all parts needed to service the dispenser as well as instructions on how to install the kit.

If the customer is in warranty and requests service to fix the dispenser, schedule service and PRE-ID the Rinse Aid Lid Service Kit (part number W10888683).
If the customer is out of warranty, transfer the customer to repair clinic to order the kit or schedule service out of warranty and PRE-ID the Rinse Aid Lid Service Kit (part number W10888683).
