What is the status of the connectivity indicator light?

To check to see if the appliance is connected, you need to know the status of the connectivity indicator, located on the appliance. The connectivity indicator light is located on the Smart Grid button. 

First, please ensure the appliance is powered on.

Light is Solid

If the connectivity indicator light is solid, you are completely connected to your home network or router.  You can now go to the app and register the appliance. For additional information and troubleshooting, click on "Yes" in this section of the troubleshooting guide.

Light is Blinking

If the connectivity indicator light is blinking, the appliance is searching for a signal, but is not connected to the home network or router.  

If you need help connecting your appliance, please click on the "Unable to Connect" section of this troubleshooting guide. 

Light is not On

If the connectivity indicator light is not on, the appliance is not connected to your home network or router.  Ensure the appliance is powered on and not in an inactive state by pressing the power button. If this does not work and you need help connecting your appliance, please click on the "Unable to Connect" section of this troubleshooting guide.
