How to register my appliance

If the appliance is connected to your home network or router, you can now register the appliance in the app.

To register the appliance follow the steps below:

When the app is opened, you will see either "Let's Go" or "No Appliance". Depending on which you see, follow the below steps.

Let's Go

  1. Click on the "Appliance is already connected to WiFi" link, located under the "Let's Begin" button
  2. Enter the SAID information.  This information can be captured by either manually entering the SAID number or by taking a picture of the QR code, located on the SAID label on the appliance. If you are having problems using the QR code, see the "QR code not working" section of this troubleshooting guide.
  3. Click on the "Next" button

No Appliances

  1. Click on the "No Appliances" box
  2. Click on the "Appliance is already connected to WiFi" link, located under the "Let's Go" button
  3. Enter the SAID information.  This information can be captured by either manually entering the SAID or by taking a picture of the QR code, located on the SAID label on the appliance. If you are having problems using the QR code, see the "QR code not working"  section of this troubleshooting guide.
  4. Click the "Next" button
