Is the cutter grid harness plugged in?
Ensure the cutter grid harness and the ice level sensor harness is plugged in and re-installed correctly after every cleaning cycle. If the harnesses are not plugged in or installed correctly the Ice Maker will not function correctly.
Please refer to your Use and Care Guide or the Installation instructions for the complete details on proper installation of the cutter grid harness and the ice level sensor harness.
