What Can I Do If I Forgot My Password for the Jenn-Air Mobile App?

If you have forgotten the password or email address linked to your Jenn-Air mobile app account, please follow the steps below. 

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten the password used when setting up your Jenn-Air mobile app account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Forgot?" located on the right side of the password box.
  2. Enter your email address into the pop up window.  
  3. Open the confirmation email, from noreply@whrcloud.com,  and follow the enclosed instructions on how to reset your password. NOTE: Please check your spam folder if you are having trying trouble locating the email.  

Reminder: Your password is case sensitive.
