How to Refresh the Jenn-Air Mobile App
If the information on your Jenn-Air mobile app is not displaying the current cycle or timer information, you may need to refresh the mobile app.
To Refresh the Mobile App:
- Select the appliance
- Pull down on the page and hold until the circle fills
- Release the page
The mobile app should now be updated.
If the mobile app is still not displaying the most updated information, try closing the mobile app and relaunching.
Still having problems?
- Check to make sure your appliance is connected to your home WiFi network
- Cycle power to the appliance. Unplug the appliance, wait 1 minute and then plug the appliance back in.
