Possible Solutions

Are the controls set correctly?

Refer to the Owner's Manual for detailed control operation instructions.

Is the control lock on? (Touch control)

The Control Lock feature will avoid unintended use of the cooktop and the oven.

Is the power cord plugged in or has a household circuit breaker(s) tripped or fuse(s) blown?

Plug power cord into a grounded outlet with a dedicated circuit (240V receptacle for electric ranges).

Reset the circuit breaker(s) or replace the fuse(s). If the problem continues, call an electrician.

Have you reset the power?

  • Power range down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
  • Power range up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
  • Verify the cooktop operates.
