Replacing or Cleaning the Grease Filter

The filters should be cleaned when the filter light illuminates, which typically occurs every 20-30 hours of cooking, depending on cooking intensity. Regular cleaning helps with optimal extraction performance. 

1. Remove the inlet nozzle by lifting it upward. 
2. Remove the stainless steel grease filter.
3. Clean filter (the grease filter is dishwasher safe).  
4. Reinsert the filter.
