What is Service and Support?  

Service and Support is the support of a specific Jenn-Air  Appliance based on a Model number. If you have a question about your appliance or if you need service, the "Service and Support" section of the app provides our Customer Support phone number.  This section also includes information on purchasing an extended service plan. 

Where can I find Service and Support for my Smart Appliance? 

  1. Log in to the Jenn-Air mobile app.
  2. Select the appliance you would like to find Service and Support for.
  3. Select the "Tools" icon (gear in the bottom right corner).
  4. Scroll down, select "Service and Support".
