Mobile App does not show the correct status

Possible Solutions 

What is the status of an appliance within the Jenn-Air mobile app?

The Jenn-Air mobile app allows you to see in real-time the current state of your appliance; some examples are: "Idle," "Ready to cook," and "Offline."

NOTE: Internet and server speeds may create some delay in status updates.

What if the mobile app does not show the correct status? 

  1. On any page in the mobile app.
  2. Pull down on the page and hold until the loading circle activates.
  3. Release the page.

The mobile app should now display the most updated information.

Still, having trouble? Try these tips: 

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Jenn-Air mobile app.
  2. Make sure you have the latest software on your smart device.
  3. Try logging out of the mobile app and logging back in.
  4. Check to make sure your appliance is connected to your home WiFi network.
  5. Cycle power to the appliance. Unplug the appliance, wait 1 minute and then plug the appliance back in.
  6. Wait for appliance to reconnect to WiFi and then check app status update.
