How do I add additional users to my Jenn-Air mobile app account?
The primary account holder is responsible for the mobile app activity occurring under the primary account. The primary account holder can provide other users with their username and passcode for the Jenn-Air mobile app. Once an additional user downloads the Jenn-Air mobile app, they can log-in to the account, and all the appliances will be available for interaction.
NOTE: Appliances can only be associated with one Jenn-Air mobile app account.
How do I set notifications for additional users?
Additional users will need to download the Jenn-Air mobile app and log in with the primary account holder's user name and passcode. Additional user can set their notifications on their smart device without changing other users' preferences on other smart devices.
