Mobile App Password Troubleshooting

Possible Solution

Are you having password issues with your mobile app? 

If you have forgotten the password used when setting up your Jenn-Air  mobile app account, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Open the Jenn-Air mobile app.
  2. Under the password field, select "FORGOT?".
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Select "OK".
  5. Open the confirmation email from noreply@whrcloud.com and follow the instructions. Please check your spam folder if you are having trying trouble locating the email.
  6. Open Jenn-Air  mobile app and log in with the new passcode.

Reminder: Your password is case sensitive.

NOTE: Jenn-Air website and Jenn-Air mobile app are separate entities.

What if I forgot the email address I used for my account?

  1. Search your email accounts for the confirmation email.   Search for emails containing: noreply@whrcloud.com.
  2. Once you have located your confirmation email, that's the account used to register the mobile app.
  3. If you are still having trouble call customer service for assistance.

How do I Reset Password? 

If you want to reset your password, follow the steps  "Forgot Password" above or you can log in into the Jenn-Air mobile app and proceed with the following steps:

  1. Login to the Jenn-Air mobile app.
  2. Select the "Tools" icon (the top right corner).
  3. Select "Account Settings".
  4. Select "Reset Password".
  5. Type in your current password and new password.  Use between 8-60 alphanumeric characters with at least 1 number, one capital letter, and one lowercase letter.
  6. Select "Save".
