Not Receiving Mobile App Notifications

Possible Solution

How do I set notification preferences for the Jenn-Air mobile app?

  1. Log in to the Jenn-Air mobile app.
  2. Select an appliance registered.
  3. Select "Preferences".
  4. Toggle on or off the notifications of your choice.

NOTE: Smart devices may also require PUSH Notifications to be enabled to receive notifications.  Navigate to your Smart devices notification settings and scroll down to the Whirlpool app. Open this tab and ensure that notifications are enabled. For more information on enabling notifications, reference your Smart Device's user guide.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

If you are not receiving your PUSH notifications, please try the following:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your mobile app account.  NOTE: If you are not logged in, you will not receive PUSH notifications.
  2. Ensure "Notifications" are enabled in the Jenn-Air Mobile App.  See the steps above.
  3. Ensure "Notifications" are enabled on Smart Devices.  For more information on allowing notifications, reference your Smartphone or Tablet's user guide.
  4. Still, having trouble? Delete the mobile app and reinstall the latest version.
