Possible Solution
Is the meat probe installed correctly?
Using an oven mitt or potholder, ensure the meat probe is fully seated or plugged in.
Power Cycle
Much like a computer, resetting the range's control can sometimes solve the issues you are experiencing. To reset the range's control panel, it needs to be disconnected from the power source for 5 minutes. If your range is plugged into an outlet, unplug the unit for 5 minutes and then plug the unit back in or turn off the breaker.
