Refreshing Mobile App

Possible Solutions 

The Jenn-Air mobile app allows users to see in real-time the current state, cycle, and timer information of the appliance. Internet and server speeds may create some delay in status updates

What if the mobile app does not show the correct status? 

The Jenn-Air mobile app may need to be refreshed. To refresh the mobile app, follow these steps

  1. On any page in the mobile app.
  2. Pull down on the page and hold until the loading circle activates.
  3. Release the page.

The mobile app should now display the most updated information.

Still, having trouble? Try these tips: 

  1. Try logging out of the mobile app and logging back in.
  2. Check to make sure your appliance is connected to your home WiFi network.
  3. Cycle power to the appliance. Unplug the machine or turn the machine off from the breaker.
  4. Wait 1 minute and power cycle the appliance back on.
  5. Wait for the appliance to reconnect to WiFi.
  6. Check the mobile app status of the appliance.
