How to Change from Celsius to Fahrenheit on Jenn-Air Range or Oven

Changing temperature settings from degree centigrade to degree Fahrenheit

All ovens and ranges can operate in both Fahrenheit and Celsius modes. If you want to change your oven from one to the other, you can manually set it. If you think your oven or range has been changed, here are some tips on how to identify it: 

  • If the oven or range has been changed to Celsius, the oven control will not exceed 260°. 
  • If the display shows C instead of F, the control has been set for Celsius temperature operation.

The directions for changing from Fahrenheit to Celsius vary by model number, so follow the instructions in your Owner's Manual.
