Possible Solutions
Is the cooking power set correctly?
Ensure the power level is set to 100% or the desired level. Also, verify the correct function or cycle is selected for what is being cooked. See the Owner's Manual for specific instructions on how to set the power level and cycle selections.
Is the Microwave Heating?
To test if the microwave is heating:
- Place one cup (250 mL) of water on the turntable
- Start microwave oven for 1 minute
If the cup is heated or warmth is detected but not to the desired temperature, ensure the correct setting is used.
