No or Partial Display - Wall Oven

Possible Solutions

Is the Control Lock On?

To unlock:

  • Press and hold START (on single oven) or the lower START (on double ovens) for 3 seconds to unlock 

  • No keypads will function with the controls locked.

Refer to your Owner's Manual for more information on Control Lock.

Reset power to the product:

  • Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.

  • Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).

  • Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.

  • Verify oven operation.

Open the Oven Door

Opening the oven door will change the appliance status from Idle to Active and can "wake up" the display.

Connecting your appliance and keeping it connected will allow the appliance to evolve with new downloadable cycles, options, functionality, and software updates. 

To verify if the appliance is connected:

  1.  Open the Mobile App
  2. Check the status of the appliance.  If the status is Idle, the appliance is claimed and connected.  If the status is Off Line, the appliance needs to be connected to the home WiFi.
