Not Draining - Water Remain at End of Cycle - Dishwasher
Possible Solutions
Is the garbage disposer knockout plug removed?
If the dishwasher is connected to a garbage disposer, be sure the knockout plug has been removed from the disposer inlet.

Are there any obstructions in the drain or garbage disposer?
Check for any food or obstructions caught in the drain or the garbage disposer. Run the disposer to clear the obstruction.
Is there an issue with the air gap?
The dishwasher air gap allows air in so that the dishwasher can properly drain without creating a vacuum. The dishwasher air gap fits onto the top of the sink and should not normally do anything other than allowing air into the dishwasher for proper draining.
Check the air gap and the air gap vent for any clogs or blockages per the air gap manufacturer's instructions.
