Possible Solutions
Was the door left open?
The Door Open alarm feature sounds an alarm when the refrigerator door or freezer door is open for 5 minutes and cooling is turned on. The alarm will repeat every 2 minutes. Close the door to turn the alarm and “Door Open” alert off. To stop the alarm noise with the door open, press any key.
Is the door not closing correctly?
Check to make sure nothing is preventing the door from properly closing.
Alarm not working?
The door open alarm will only flash when the door has been open for 10 minutes. The audible alarm will sound the first time the door is left open for more than 10 minutes. Subsequent door open alarms will only flash. You must reset the audible alarm each time.
