Ice Maker Not Making Ice - Column
Possible Solutions
Is the ice maker turned on?
Check to make sure the ice maker is turned "on." If "Ice Maker Off" is illuminated, it is not turned on. Press the button to resume normal ice maker production.
Is the water line connected to a water supply and turned on?
Ensure the water supply is properly connected to a cold water supply and the shutoff valve is fully opened.
Do you have the correct water pressure?
No or low ice production could indicate no or low water pressure. Connecting a freezer to a reverse-osmosis system could also lower the water pressure.

Does your water filter need to be replaced?
It is recommended that the water filter be replaced every six months when the indicator light comes on or as needed. A clogged water filter can cause several issues, including low or no ice production. Replacing your water filter regularly will also help reduce the number of containments in the water supply.

Is the column in showroom or demo mode?
This mode is used when the refrigerator or freezer is on display in a retail store or if you want to turn the cooling off and deactivate all other functions except interior lighting. In this mode, the control panel responds to most commands but does not execute them. If you unintentionally turn on Showroom mode, the word “Showroom” will light up on the display.
