Possible Solutions
Is the water line connected to a water supply and turned on?
Ensure the water supply is properly connected to a cold water supply and the shutoff valve is fully opened.
Does the water filter need to be replaced?
It is recommended that the water filter be replaced every six months, when the indicator light comes on, or as needed. A clogged water filter can cause several issues, including low or no water dispensing. Replacing your water filter regularly will also help reduce the amount of contaminants in the water supply.
