Not Dispensing Water - Column
Possible Solutions
Is the water line connected to a water supply and turned on?
Ensure the water supply is properly connected to a cold water supply and the shutoff valve is fully opened.
Do you have the correct water pressure?
The water pressure to the home determines the flow from the dispenser; we recommend the water pressure be at least 30 psi. Connecting a refrigerator to a reverse-osmosis system could also lower the water pressure.

Does the water filter need to be replaced?
It is recommended that the water filter be replaced every 6 months, when the indicator light comes on, or as needed. A clogged water filter can cause several issues including low or no water dispensing. Replacing your water filter regularly will also help reduce the amount of containments in the water supply.
Is the water filter installed correctly?
If the water filter is incorrectly installed, it can reduce or block the water flow, causing little to no water to be dispensed.
