The milk is not cold enough or is not 2%.
- For best results, use cold skim or 2% milk.
- The milk frother pointer is incorrectly adjusted.
- Move the pointer slightly toward the word “Caffelatte.”
- If results are still not satisfactory, try changing brand of milk.
The milk container lid is dirty.
