Have you created and verified your account on the Jenn-Air Connect app?

  • If your account has not been created, follow the on screen instructions at
  • If you have created an account: Verify the phone number, address, SAID number, appliance settings, etc. are correct.

Have you verified the SAID number for your appliance?

  • Your Smart Appliance’s “Smart Appliance ID” (SAID - 10 characters), which can be found, once your appliance’s WIRELESS FEATURES are enabled, by navigating to TOOLS>WIRELESS FEATURES>SAID CODE; then touch NEXT. The SAID will be used in the Jenn-Air Connect application to claim your appliance.
