Where can I download the app?
The first step to get your appliances connected is to download the app for your Smartphone or Tablet. The app will be your guide and walk you through all of the steps listed here. You can download the app by visiting either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Create an account:
Once you have installed the app to your Smartphone or Tablet, you will need to create an account. This is so we can associate your appliances with you and give you the ability to view and control them remotely. This also allows the app to send you notifications for appliance events, like when a cycle ends or when your refrigerator door has been open too long.
When you set up your account in the App, please read and review both Whirlpool's Terms and Conditions, governing the use of this App and Whirlpool's connected appliances, and Whirlpool's Privacy Statement. Both are available to read by clicking on the link at the bottom of the App screen. If you agree to these policies, please click "I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement."

Verify the account:
After the account has been created, you will receive a confirmation email at the address used to create your account. It is important that you confirm or verify your account by clicking on the link that is found inside the email.
