Low Ice Production

Possible Solutions

Was the refrigerator just installed?

Allow 24 hours to produce the first batch of ice. Discard the first 3 batches of ice produced. Allow 2 - 3 days to completely fill the ice storage bin. The ice maker should produce approximately 3.2 lbs (1.5 kg) of ice per day under normal operation.

Do you have the correct water pressure?

Low or no ice production can be caused by low water pressure. Connecting a refrigerator or freezer to a reverse-osmosis system could also lower the water pressure to the refrigerator, which will result in thin ice cubes or low ice production.
