How do I set my notification preferences?
- Login to the Jenn-Air mobile app.
- Click on the appliance you would like to set notifications for.
- Click on the "Tools" icon in the top right corner (looks like two gears).
- Click on "Notifications".
- Toggle on or off the notifications you want to receive.
- Repeat this process for other appliances if need be.
NOTE: Smart devices may also require PUSH Notifications to be enabled to receive notifications. Navigate to your Smart devices notification settings and scroll down to the Jenn-Air app. Open this tab and ensure that notifications are enabled. For more information on enabling notifications, reference your Smart Device's user guide.
How do I set notifications for additional users?
Additional user will need to:
- Download the Jenn-Air mobile app.
- Be invited by the primary account holder. CLICK HERE for information on adding user.
- Set notifications on their smart device. NOTE: Notification preferences are specific to the smart device.
