What is the status of an appliance within the mobile app?

The Jenn-Air mobile app allows you to see in real-time the current state of your appliance. Internet and server speeds may create some delay in status updates.

The mobile app is showing the appliance is "offline," but it is connected?

The Jenn-Air mobile app may need to be refreshed. To refresh the Jenn-Air mobile app, follow these steps.

  1. On any page in the mobile app.
  2. Pull down on the page and hold until the loading circle activates.
  3. Release the page.

The mobile app should now display the most updated information.

Still, having trouble? Try these tips:

  1. Ensure you have the latest mobile app version.
  2. Check that you have the latest mobile device operating system update.
  3. Try logging out of the mobile app and logging back in.
  4. Check to make sure your appliance is connected to your home WiFi network.
  5. Cycle power to the appliance. Unplug the machine, wait 1 minute and then plug the appliance back in.
  6. Wait for appliance to reconnect to WiFi and then check app status update.
