Are the oven racks or bakeware preventing the oven door from closing?

• Verify the oven racks are inserted completely. 

• Select models have a roll-out rack.  Ensure the roll-out rack is inserted completely.

Is bakeware/roasting pans/casserole dish preventing the oven door from closing?

Verify bakeware/roasting pans/casserole dish used is not too big for the oven cavity preventing the oven door from closing.  To cook food evenly, hot air must be able to circulate.  Allow 2" (5.0 cm) of space around bakeware and oven walls.
