How to Create a JennAir Mobile App Account
Before you can connect your new JennAir smart appliance, you will need to create an account. To do this please follow the steps below:
- Download the JennAir mobile app
- Click on "Sign In"
- Enter the first name, last name, and email address.
- Create a password. Password must be a minimum of 8 characters, contain one number, one capital letter and one lowercase letter.
- Enter the postal address information for your residence.
- Review and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
- Confirm the account. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your account; click the link, then return to the JennAir mobile app. NOTE: Please check your spam folder if you are having trouble locating the email. Some business email addresses will block emails, check with the service provider to assure emails from JennAir is not blocked.
What Can I Do If I Forgot My Password for the JennAir Mobile App?
If you have forgotten the password or email address linked to your JennAir mobile app account, please follow the steps below.
Forgot Password
- From the sign-in screen, click on "Forgot password." NOTE: Your mobile app may require you to enter your email address before seeing the forgot password link
- Enter your email address in the email address field and select "Ok."
- Open the confirmation email from noreply@whrcloud.com and follow the enclosed instructions on how to reset your password. Reminder: Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, 1 number, and 1 capital letter; it cannot contain a symbol. Your password is case sensitive.
NOTE: Please check your spam folder if you are having trouble locating the email. Some email services will block emails from companies, and you may have to reach out to them and allow emails from noreply@whrcloud.com
Need to Reset Password?
If you want to reset your password, follow the steps "Forgot Password" above, or you can log in to the JennAir and select the tools/settings icon, and then scroll down and select RESET PASSWORD.
