Leaking from Water Dispenser - Column

Possible Solutions

Was the filter correctly installed?

If the water filter was not installed correctly, it could cause the refrigerator or freezer to leak. Please remove the filter and try installing again.

Was the glass held under the dispenser long enough?

After releasing the dispenser lever, a few drops of water will dispense; this is normal.  Hold the glass under the dispenser for 2 to 3 seconds after releasing the dispenser lever.

Was the water filter recently installed? Was the water system flushed?

Flushing the system is needed every time the filter is changed or once the refrigerator is installed to the water supply line for the first time.  Flushing the water systems helps to eliminate any debris in the waterline.
